Please note: Submitting an enquiry does not reserve your date. Once availability is confirmed, your date can be held for 48 hours. A £50 booking fee secures your filming date. The remaining balance is due after filming and must be paid in full before the final edited videos are delivered.
Delivery time: Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days after filming. Weddings and larger projects may take up to 3–4 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Your date is only confirmed once availability has been checked and the £50 booking fee has been received.
Once availability is confirmed, your date can be held for 48 hours while you complete the booking fee payment.
The remaining balance is due after filming and must be paid in full before the final edited videos are delivered.
If you cancel after your booking is confirmed, the £50 booking fee is normally non-refundable as the date has been reserved exclusively for you. In exceptional circumstances, please contact me and I will consider the situation individually.
If you need to move your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, your booking fee can be transferred to a new available date.
For outdoor filming, if severe weather makes filming impractical, we can discuss changing the time, location or date.
If I am unable to attend due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside my control and a new date cannot be agreed, payments for services not provided will be refunded.
